Participants will work collaboratively with Dr. Laura G. Farres to explore their mental
gifts for maximum performance.
Mind in Motion offers the following programs:
- Group Seminars - Specific mental skills are introduced and practical strategies described
for developing those skills in practice, performance settings and everyday life.
- Group and Individual Sessions - Participants will learn to formulate their own personal
recipe or personal mental training plan for success.
- Support Services - Observations, discussions and strategic planning sessions related
to high performance.
